Eiger 500 Range

NSG UK has over 25 years experience
in the manufacture of Aluminium
towers.
The EIGER 500 is proving itself to be
a great success in the market with its
ease of erection and versatility.
Short erection time allows the user to
get on with the job quickly.

Almost identical to the Boss range of towers, but with aluminium toeboards rather than wooden


EIGER 500 carries the Kitemark
symbol and is manufactured and
tested to:

  • BS1139 Part 3 (1994)
  • HD1004 Class 3 (1992)
  • All equipment is manufactured
    under BSEN ISO 9001

Available in Single (850mm) & Double (1450mm) width, with platform lengths of either 1.8m or 2.5m.

All complete towers are supplied with the required components to erect to the 3T (Through The Trapdoor) method as recommended by the HSE and PASMA.

Available from 2.2m to 12.2m platform heights.

Notes:

Single width (SW) towers are 850mm wide, Double width (DW) towers are 1450mm wide
Span frames are the ones without the ladders. Ladder frames (rather obviously!) have ladders in them
Red Braces are Horizontals (1.8m or 2.5m)
Blue Braces are Diagonals (2.1m or 2.7m)
Frame sizes - 4 rung frames are 2m high, 3 rung frames are 1.5m high, 2 rung frames are 1m high (approx)
Fixed decks are the ones without the trapdoor / hatch

Platform, Brace and frame widths are centre to centre measurements, not overall
